What a Pair Team advocate does
In Rancho Cucamonga, calls to us often start with a summer power bill that a fixed income can't cover. Your advocate makes the calls and follows up until there's an answer.
- Find out whether RCMU or SCE sends your power bill, and apply for the right discount.
- Send your CARE bill to the water district for its $10 monthly credit.
- Book a HICAP appointment at the Brulte Senior Center, and set up the weekday lunch.
- Help with the OmniAccess form or the Omnitrans Uber program, and book your first ride.
An advocate is covered by Medicare if you qualify. It takes two minutes to find out.
